I found a rare treat yesterday, as I was sorting through old CDs. I rediscovered a two-disc live concert played by the Smashing Pumpkins, in Atlanta I believe, on August 4th, 1998.

I’ve got to say it is an incredible recording. Most of the songs were Adore tracks, which is no wonder because Adore had just recently been released.

The drums are my favorite part. I don’t know who was drumming at the time - probably Matt Walker. It is an incredible performance and an great listen. If you can’t find it anywhere, talk to me and I’ll get a copy of it to you somehow.
